JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Taking bookings by phone and email
  • Input client information accurately and efficiently into the dispatch software (basic skills would be an advantage however full training will be provided)
  • Confirming bookings to ensure complete accuracy
  • Excellent listening skills to obtain accurate, complete information
  • Deal with client and driver queries in a polite and professional manner
  • Professional appearance and personality
