As a crucial part of our operations team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring efficient dispatch of vehicles, timely pickups, and smooth communication between drivers and customers.

Our dispatchers play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our services. Candidates must be able to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Taking bookings by phone and email
  • Confirming bookings
  • Liaising with drivers/staff
  • Input client information accurately and efficiently into the dispatch software (basic skills would be an advantage however, full training will be provided)
  • Deal with client and driver queries in a polite and professional manner
  • Ensure bookings are dispatched on time
  • Check the internet for incoming flights
  • Ensure all pre-booked work is allocated in advance and drivers and vehicle types are available
