• Real-Time Monitoring: While our drivers and vehicles are out on the road, we monitor their location at all times. This allows us to track their movements and review their routes, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout their shift.
• Pre-Booked Services Only: For added security, it is company policy that our drivers only pick up pre-booked passengers. Before each journey begins, drivers will confirm the passenger’s identity to ensure the right person is collected.
• Booking Notifications: When you book a journey with Express Taxis, you’ll receive a text message confirmation, followed by another message when your vehicle is dispatched. This second message includes details about the vehicle and an estimated arrival time, so you know exactly when your car is on its way.*
